6-month loving my gluten free life

My 6-month Loving My Gluten Free Life program is similar to my 3-month program and much more.  For starters, we have twice the amount of time in which I can teach you all I know about gluten free nutrition, preparing simply, healthy gluten free meals, and creating a life of balance:  physical activity, relationships, career, and spirituality.  Six months is the optimal amount of time for me to get to know you and your individuality and to be able to address every area of your life needed for optimal health for a lifetime.   During the six months, I will guide you in finding which foods work for your body, ways you can simply prepare them that fit in with your busy lifestyle, and how you can feel comfortable socially, eating out, and traveling.  I will also guide you in deconstructing any cravings and other imbalances in your life, addressing all of the areas of your life that may be depleting your energy and negatively affecting your well-being.  My goal is for you to finish your program feeling like a whole new you as you reach your optimal weight, experience increased energy, and finally love the skin you’re in.  My commitment to you is to radically improve your health and happiness, as we explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of simple, healthy gluten free living.
