My 3-Month Making Gluten Free a Lifestyle coaching program is designed to help you make gluten free an enjoyable and fulfilling lifestyle.  We will work together to not only set you up for success with your gluten free eating plan, but we will also identify all of your health goals and work to equip you with the tools to meet your goals.  During the three months, I will teach you about proper, gluten free nutrition and help you find healthy foods that you like and can simply prepare for a lifetime of healthy eating.  I will also guide you in discovering which foods work for your body as well as deconstructing any cravings and other imbalances in your life:  relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality.  My goal is for you to finish your program feeling like a whole new you, as you work toward your optimal weight, experience increased energy, and finally love the skin you’re in.  My goal is also for you to lead an enjoyable and fulfilling gluten free life, and that includes feeling comfortable socially, eating out, and traveling.  My commitment to you is to radically improve your health and happiness, as we explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of simple, healthy gluten free living.
